Mirror, mirror! ;) Of course she has to see what she looks like with her tongue out! What does this b&w conversion need? I really struggled with it.
Edit to add: Thanks for the feedback. I guess I shouldn't edit photos in the middle of the night! :) I couldn't believe it when I went back to photoshop and looked at the histogram this morning.

It needs a little more curves adjustment in the shadows/darks to bring them out just a bit more. It's a cute picture though!
It is a cute picture - I agree with Tess maybe just adjust levels. It needs to have some contrast in it.
